How long does it take to complete a commissioned piece from start to finish?

Depending on the complexity of the project, the materials used, and material availability, project timelines can vary widely anywhere from 4 weeks to 3 months. One Acre Woodworks tries hard to give you the most accurate turnaround time estimation as we possibly can.

Is a deposit required before work begins on a project?

We require a 50% deposit before we begin working on your custom piece.

What type of wood do you use?

We use wood species that are best suited for the intended use of the piece being made. Sometimes that means we will use a hard wood like Cherry, Oak, & Walnut, and other times we will use Poplar or Pine. These are just a few examples of the wood species we utilize in our projects.
